Soy Lecithin is a by product of soybean manufacturing, it would be 100% impossible to find gmo free soybean lecithin...for the fact no company could exist that would only handle gmo free soybeans and odds are all soybeans are gmo, I have not seen gmo free soybeans for the past 25 years........and gmo free is true, would have to be grown 20 miles away from all gmo soybeans.

GMO makes vegetables not die when round up is used......that is the main goal other than larger crops....in recent years, I have been "amazed" at how trees LOVE ROUND UP........trees actually THRIVE when you spray them with round up....

Otherwise we have 20,000 varietes of apple trees, aka, gmo apple trees, same with virtually all man manipulated trees/vine fruits...........to make the fruits larger and sweeter.....I don't mind that as much, but round up free plants are scary and all soybean / corn today is round up ready.........

SUNFLOWER lecithin cost over $100.00 per 1 gallon, is it as good as soybean lecithin? I don't know, but have some coming to taste it.....but who on the internet is willing to pay for it???????????????

Otherwise commercial soybean lecithin is used in baking and been around for 80 years and it is the only thing I know of that after elderly use it, they can hav their blood checked by thosethat use the black field testing and be told their blood is cleaner than anything the operater has ever seen....so believe what they say about plant fats, we just need to PAY $$$$ for the best when we want the best...that is why I just ordered 125 gallons of pure coconut fat. (oil)
