Re: I will give you $1000 if you can please give me an explanation/help me
I'm just throwing this out there..as you have a doc who's willing and been doing tests asking for more tests shouldn't be a problem for you.
You mention the amphetamine use and frequent urination and i thought of Diabetes Insipidus. (Nothing to do with your pancreas, it's deficiency of anti-diuretic hormone in your pituitary making you pee a lot)
Is your urine clear? Are you thirsty...especially for cold drinks?
Get your ADH level tested.
Wiki says Diabetes insipidus can be caused by adverse effects of drugs and alcohol:

Your low sex drive coupled with the frequent urination could indicate pituitary issues.
Your DHEA is low (pointing to perhaps low ACTH - another pituitary hormone) and if your ADH is low it strongly indicates some type of hypo-pituitary condition. Generally 2 or more hormones become affected.

"Because of a deficiency of TSH and LH, women could lose their periods, or have problems conceiving. Men could have a decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and loss of facial hair. If hypopituitary occurs in childhood, the result can be a short stature. Thirst and increased need to urinate can occur is you have an ADH deficiency. "
I'd ask for an ACTH, ADH and TSH levels tests. Generally ask for your pituitary functions to be screened.
Also try to recollect any head injury you may have had in your life, from a clumsy drug-spaced-out head whacking into a lampost...to a more serious injury like falling out of a tree, off a horse, car-crash, fight etc.
Head injury can easily cause hypo-pituitary conditions, even decades after the injury, (worth googling if you've had a H.I and hormonal problems). Loss of libido is a common symptom with Hypo. Pituitary related to a past head trauma.
If i'm right, keep the grand and spoil yourself and a lovely lady once your libido returns! ;-)
Hope you get answers soon, all the best.
