hmm.. no mercury is not the only underlying cause of candida, nor is it the only potential heavy metal that would cause you problems.

I am 23 now, but was in almost the EXACT same position as you when I was leaving for college. You will not be 100% by the time you enter, so forget about that, but focus on healing your body long term, and enjoy your first year but do so in moderation.

You might have to lighten up at the gym to let your body rest, and hit the anti-fungals, get a good digestive aid (NOW super enzymes is one I use), and maybe look into some kind of metal testing if you really suspect that (I can recommend some if you PM me). Tweet
