I a glad! Physical changes were mostly noticed in my face and around my middle. And they were quite significant. My skin doesn't appear 'droopy' at all, which I had noticed in the past with other diets- I would say that was a significant benefit.
My skin tone has evened out a huge amount. I did have a bit of scarring, but it appeared more as pigmentation/blotchy patches, so that seems to have evened out. I would say I have had a HUGE reduction in pore size though.
This isn't my first fast, but it is my longest. I think going as long as you can, re-feeding for a couple of months, then doing it again gets best results. And exceptionally clean eating in-between really does keep the healing process going.
