psyllium and plaque ropes, back pain

I wanted to get some clarification on the psyllium cleanses that people do and the pictures of these so called plaque ropes.

I have taken psyllium many times over the years and what comes out is the psyllium shaped exactly like my intestines. I've seen some of these pictures of so-called plaque ropes and they are very similar in shape to what I know is just the psyllium coming out of me.

Some people say that yes it is just the psyllium, but then over time it will loosen up the rope plaque and then you pass it. Also these rope plaques people pass are very dark in color and mine is light.

I have been experiencing lower back pain, some lumbar discs are scoliotic, and it is definitely related to my colon problems, but I'm not sure if the colon is actually the cause. All I know is that there is some sort of relation.

I am not denying the existence of plaque, because I have passed a lot of this stuff before but never the ones shaped exactly like the colon or from doing a psyllium cleanse.

Also, when I take the psyllium, when it is sitting at the very end of my tract at the rectum or lower colon I feel absolutely horrible, like I am suffocating, a lot of very depressive thoughts, and I have a lot of constipation at this particular part of my colon.
