Update on bo and teeth
An update on my mouth and
Body Odor . The odor seemed to be coming from my mouth and stomach.
Since the extraction of the two teeth that were giving me problems and filling other teeth, the odor in my mouth has really improved. No longer do I have that indescribable different taste in my mouth, the white coating of my tongue has gone down (but not totally eliminated), and the heaviness in the breath I exhaled has gone away. But.........I still have fecal odor!
The odor is definitely coming from my stomach. Now I can go to the doctors and tell them it's not my teeth but something else.
My symptoms are slow digestive system, flatulence, constipation, and having to find a sitting position in the bathroom that will help to have a bowel movement. It feels like my anus doesn't open and end up doing thinner than I used to. (Had a sigmoidoscopy and all was fine.) Sometimes I get the sensation of not feeling my anus sphincter muscle or not having control over it to get it to pass the bowel movement. I'm also get very tired.
They say to increase fiber but eating cereal or breads with added fiber only constipates me more but fruits and veggies helps. Cheese? That's nature's quick dry cement on my colon.
The only thing that seems to work for me is diet and start seeing a definite improvement in three months. Like most everyone who has posted, a diet of no meats, breads, and milk products helps. The bad thing is if we fall off the wagon we tend to do it royally and have to go back to square one.
The trick is to find what works for you without feeling deprived.
