Iodine Hair/Scalp Remedy

And I'm wondering about this, since I often mix drops of Lugol's with apple cider vinegar (for drinking, not topical application):

NOTE: Eucalyptus oil and Apple Cider Vinegar are also good to encourage hair growth and nourish the scalp, but do not use these on the same days as you use the ‘Iodine Scalp/Hair Remedy’.
