What is this white stuff in my stool

Hi there,

Really hoping someone can help me with my bowels! Sorry for the gross picture.

This stuff has been in my stools for the last few days. Only other symptoms I have are constipation.


Last week I had a sick feeling for a day or so, which passed, giving way to a bit of diarrhoea, and finally some mucous disharge. IT's all resulted in this stuff now coming out when I use the toilet.

I'm still constipated, and this stuff only seems to be attached to the initial stools at the beginning. During a normal bowel movement, the rest will be fine. Normal colour. etc..

Any ideas?
