Doubt there will ever be a simple solution. One key thing I found is that no one knows how sick they are until they start treating it. This is why 'White Coats' only cover symptoms never the diseases..

On the other hand, those who started with IMAM and worked their way up mostly began to crave the flavor and self 'medicate'. Then adding Lugol's was a breeze..
