Re: OT) Reasons for taking Boron/Borax

I have really bad Arthritis in my knees. They were both "scrunchy". After a month on iodine, the right one is not scrunching, but still stiff and sore. I'm now taking the 1/8 tsp. borax a day for about 2 weeks, and I've noticed a little difference, but not yet in my knees. However, my back used to hurt very badly when I even mopped the floor or swept a large room. It was HORRIBLE when I worked in the yard. It's not completely healed, but it doesn't hurt when I mop any more, and that's just from two weeks of the borax and Iodine together. Tweet
