I only had the Exodus. So I just took it. I am only 1350 lbs, so I tried to dose it properly. I ate ice cream. That was an hour ago. I do not feel the instant herx sickness, but I do feel someof the tell-tale twitching. I guess I will see how it goes tomorrow when I wake up.
