Re: wasting away.....
Anytime someone tells you to completely remove vital foods from your diet, I am always skeptical of this advice. I believe that muscle testing can be quite accurate in the hands of a skilled professional but the ones who can do it correctly are not always easy to find. I can tell you for certain that your digestion is severely impaired as I'm sure you already know. When digestion is impaired, all food will be somewhat toxic, eggs and meat take the most digestive power to digest and place the most burden on the organs of elimination to clear out the waste products, grains and other carbohydrates are easier to digest than heavy proteins and are more nourishing to the body, eliminating these in your current state will not be a wise choice. My main recommendation for you is to eat smaller meals more often throughout the day. This seems like very simple advice but it can be highly effective when you have a low capacity for digestion. Eat a balanced diet with a good amount of carbohydrates, a decent amount of fat, and some protein but not too much. Eat on a consistent schedule at the same times every day but do not force yourself to eat more than your body will allow (but do force yourself to eat every meal, even if it is a very small amount of food), as I said 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day.
I have visited many holistic doctors and have read thousands of posts of people visiting natural doctors
(some good, some bad experiences) and from what you have posted the guy you are seeing actually seems like he has no idea what he is doing. Natural medicine in the hands of a true healer can work miracles, unfortunately, it seems the majority of them are about a 100 times worse than homeopathic doctors.
