salt water flush instead of enemas

I am going to do my first Liver Flush soon, to help in my battle against parasites/possible candida overgrowth. I was wondering if doing multiple salt water flushes maybe a week before I do the Liver Flush would be a good way to make sure my colon is clean, instead of doing enemas or colonics. I don't want to do either and I'd rather not have to spend money on buying supplies to do an enema, and doing a salt water flush is so much cheaper, only had to spend 2.00 to get a good supply of salt.I have done 3 salt water flushes so far and they seem to work fine. Also I am shedding tons of hair with all this sickness, does anyone think a Liver Flush could help?
