I noticed a cluster of 4 bumps that kind of look like blisters on my right forearms underside. I also have another bump on my left forearm underside. I noticed them 7 months ago and they have not gone away. Can skin cancer look like this?  I've had cancer once already so I'm worried it'll pop up again. I have not had skin cancer.
