This recurrent BV is driving me crazy! Has anyone tried douching with ozonated water?

I have been suffering from recurrent yeast and bacterial vaginal infections for 20 years now. I am now immune to all of the Antibiotics that are prescribed for the condition and none of the homeopathic systems sold at drug and health food stores have worked either. Have tried the tampon in yogurt thing as well as every other home remedy I have ever come across. At least half of the year I am battling one kind of infection.

I also have IBS and when that is flaring up I tend to get a vaginal infection as well. I have heard from some other girlfriends they have noticed a connection with that to. Does one cause the other or are they caused by the same thing?


I wear cotton underwear, eat healthy, take probiotics, avoid baths, use mild cleanser on the area so I can't see how it is always a problem.
This time it is BV again, i have so much discharge its insane. Does anyone know where to get ph strips to test the vaginal secretions? The only ones I ever find only go up to 4.5.


I was wondering if anyone has had success with various kinds of douches. Today I am trying ozonated water to kill bacteria and a bit of apple cider vinegar to help raise ph. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
