Testing Centers?

Just wondering if the Curezone community has some recommendations for a Dementia or Alzheimer's specific center or facility that can do complete and thorough testing and analysis for vitamin and hormone levels, etc. My family is in the NW part of the country but willing to travel anywhere for the right facility. Thanks.
