without any more info i would have to say yes. there is work here and low unemployment. but check the stats and demographics. i just know i love it here. been to the acl live theater a few times. i have never eaten better. whole foods is headquartered here. dallas is also booming but is higher dollar, i think. better quality of life in austin. better weather and less development. dallas is a sea of concrete.
