I, too, suggest moving the bed back. I also agree that you should not use or have a cell phone or any electronic device within 6-8' of your bed. EMF can keep you awake. Also, has the placement of anything electronic changed (e.g. wifi router)? Did your power company just install a new wireless power meter on the exterior wall of your bedroom? Worth asking.
You should also minimize or eliminate sources of light from your bedroom, and minimize television watching after dark, particularly within an hour or so of bedtime. The darker your room is, the better. Light exposure (particularly blue light) interferes with melatonin production.
