About DIETING and Healthy eating..


Hello Forum :)..

I would like just to post my own thought plus knowledge obtained from interviews with some Health Expert in Alternative medicine plus give you some links..

Ok... Here is a TRICK.

I hope you all remember about Jon Gabriel, I mentioned a few days back, the one who Naturally balanced his weight which took him two and a half years by eating HEALTHY. Now he is a Health Expert who Helps so Many patient to Balance their weight Naturally and.. SAFELY.

So about this Theory I heard from his interview..

When we try to loose weight (being on calorie restrictions diets), we do Not think about DETOX but weight loss Only.. As we age and Especially when we are on Junk/chemical based foods (plus use chemicals in our Household and cosmetics), we DO accumulate loads of TOXINS in our Body. At first those toxins are circulating in our Blood stream mainly but When 'there is Not enough space' for toxins to be 'stored' there.. The body starts Keeping them in FAT Tissues of ours. And it is Believed it is 'sort of safe' or at least SAFER for them to be 'kept' there than in bodies of quite skinny people..

So when we try to loose weight by going for calorie (and Not necessary healthy eating plans) restrictions, body Not only Resists (entering 'a starving' mode) but starts Sabotaging you by getting back all that weight loss very shortly after you diet over in order to 'get Covered' those toxins Again in Fatty tissues in order to make them 'Safer' in a way for itself. Thus.. you will gain it ALL lost weight Back by following the Same Unhealthy Lifestyle!.. I guess, it is FAIR Enough and Logical Enough!...

Also the Same is happening when you start doing a Lot of Sports by trying to Loose weight.. and AGAIN Fats are Lost but TOXINGS are STILL there to bring you More Harm than something Good.

To ME being in a Good Shape is NOT everything I want because I just KNOW.. If I am HEALTHY in MY understanding of it - Body Shape will Take Care of Itself. It BALANCES itself. Plus... exercises in MODERATIONS (in order Not to Stress out the body) get me the Desired Results! Here we go!...

The ONLY way to make it Safer and in a Long Lasing way is to Eat HEALTHY and DETOX your body this way and this way Only..

Also..

HEALTHY eating is a MUST too in this case! You all DO need to follow Plant Based Diet with adding Raw foods like fruits (for breakfasts), vegetables and Greens gradually but surely (make sure eventually it should be 50% raw salads and 50% cooked (you can eat more raw food if you want).

Reduce or avoid Refined oils coz they contribute to Heart and stomach disease and not only!

LESS Junk food! Try to avoid it or at least eat it in Very moderations... especially If you ate it often... Change your eating habbits Gradually! No Need to jump into healthy life style quick! Let your body ADJUST to it! It is Not a race! If you really want, eat your pizza or some junk Occasionally but eat it with Raw salads at least! But.. i am pretty Sure when you start Realizing How Great it is to Feel GOOD and Healthy then you will Not strive for those junk foods at all!

Eat BROWN/ wild rice whenever you can instead of white option.
