Yeah, and they'll go laser it off and it will all come back.

I have horrible melasma all over my face and neck. Did have it bad on my chest, along with a redness that would not go away, but the redness and melasma on my chest is now fading. I'm also doing DIY Vit. C. serum to try to help fade it.
