oil enemas

You posted a while back about butter enemas.

I have been wanting to try sesame oil enema (for parasites) for a while now. I know that you can't do it with a regular enema bag, because it is too viscous. The bulbs don't work either since there is suction after the contents are released. So I guess a syringe is the best way right?

I tried with a syringe a few months ago but i wasn't able to get the oil in. Are you supposed to attach tubing to the end of the syringe? This is the only thing that makes sense to me.

What do you think about sesame oil vs butter?
