State Trooper who illegally released arrest photos of Dzhokhar in his attempt to try to demonize him. However, the photos clearly show that Dzhokhar had no throat injury at the time. Michael Rivero suggests that the ploy clearly backfired, resulting in the State Trooper being suspended.
