I'm taking the D3, 1,000iu daily as part of my co's and there is 500iu D is my multi. That seems to be enough for daily dosage, so I'm o.k. with that.
Am planning a total detox program for sometime in September, so need to figure out clinical dosages for all vitamins and supplements. The numbers I'm finding for Vit D are all over the place.
What dosage would you recommend for a detox/rebuild program?
