How it all began?

I'm wondering as many of you have suggested we have different cases of ec.. which in my theory is incorrect but heck I'm most probably wrong.. so I'm wondering if we could share were it all began.. to try pin point causes and different cures for example if ec is just inflammation condition caused by biteing as many of you guys claim.. but for me I was never a biter ever.. anyways this is my unfortunate begining.. I all of a sudden needed chapstick everyday I left the house for about 2 months never in my life had I use chapsticks before.. I then moved to the dessert in aus a very dry and hot climate I again began needing to apply chapstick daily! I used blistex or carmex the yellow stick that makes your lips tingle like crazy at the start.. during this time my triangular part began to peel and turn white when in contact with water I started noticeing it everyday when getting out of the shower... I just use to bite it off.. spit it out and get on with life.. it never caused troubletthis lasted about 3 weeks... I then moved back to my original climate stopped useing balms and never oticed but my lips went back to normal for a period of 5 months I then headed on holidays to a windy cold climate for a week and on the 3rd day bang I got out of the shower and both lips were covered in the white thin build up.. I ripped it off with my nails and that was it ec for so far the rest of my life.. it wasn't a gradual thing it just happened over night drinking beer and kissing my gf to the next day hell on earth.. so I'm trying to figure out for me what was the sudden trigger... Severe chapped lips? I highly highly doubt it.. was it a sudden infection? Or was it caused from a irritant I used while on trip different tooth paste or food I ate etc etc anyways I'm bored as hell I'm coming upto 3 years of this and I'm tired near the end of my run... I have 2 more paths to go down then I give up... That's strong anti inflammatory drugs I.e imuran or 6 months of spronax after that I will have officially been beaten by ec and I will just wait for a miricle medicine wonder drug..
