I may be a quick laugh; however, it is indeed that strange. Why would a male do such a thing? It also would not prevent the cancer from occurring, just not in the testicles; as just not in the breasts. But the important thing to note is that those genetic mutations are still there, they are not gone, so the cancer can then pop up anywhere, lungs, bones, etc. The main target is gone, but not the enemy and it will find another target.
So keep your parts, whatever you may have and live life fully. Be proactive and if disease does find you, act with logic using 'do no harm' treatments, treating the whole body, the cause and the effect. Far more logical than cutting off body parts, poisoning yourself and burning yourself.
