None of the green or green/blue algaes are too bad if you stir it into a few ounces of high-quality apple juice and slug it down fast..

I like the effects of Chlorella better, but both Spirulina and Chlorella are good for pretty much everybody.

As far as the brown seaweeds, you might look up Biofilam, you can get it on Ebay and amazon.com .
