Lugols

I didn't want to leave the impression that SSKI was a vastly superior form of iodine. Iodine in its elemental form is needed by various organs especially by women. Lugols is the tried and true answer for a majority and it is the one that the Iodine docs have based their results on. (iodoral being an exactly metered equivalent of Lugols in a pill)
I have a personal preference for SSKI but I still take a little elemental.
As far magnacent there have been remarkable testimonials here about the perceived placebo effect from having paid the price which is fine but don't deny yourself from taking enough milligrams of the real thing first and foremost.
I do my best not to deceive myself so as not to mistakenly deceive others. Truth is by far the best medicine for centering the body and mind, Iodine being the closest thing I've found to a 'truth pill'.
