Re: What's your CA/MG ratio?

I dont think i notice when my blood Sugar gets low , unless I do something drastic , like drinking a margarita(did this a few weeks ago) . I occasionally eat corn chips and hard tacos at a mexican restaurant. It doesnt bother me much , but I often get sleepy after the meal. I know for sure I am not as sensitive as I was about a year ago, when I changed my diet, I drastically cut down on carbs, and junk foods etc. Now I do not feel hypoglycemia symptoms as much. There is now telling how much my blood Sugar drops though, apparently some people do not notice when they get very low.

My diet consist of chicken, beef, sardines, cabbage, spinach broccoli, plain yogurt(cabot brand), I use stevia for sweetner, i put strawberries in my yogurt, it doesnt bother me. I heavily salt my foods with hawaiian bamboo jade salt , I think it helps, I put olive oil on just about everything. I occasionally eat corn chips, sweet potatoe fries and TCBY no Sugar added yogurt, which will probably change soon. I can eat a small amount of brown rice , I go to japanese restaurants and order 1 roll and im fine, but 2 rolls make me tired. I still get confused about my symptoms from eating foods, I almost always have symptoms after eating anything, (or not eating anything) . hope this helps
