eating apricot kernels while pregnant

Hello, I found out I was pregnant when I was already into my 16th week, as I was not mestruating regularly.

My husband started taking apricot kernels in April when I was 4 or 5 weeks pregnant. Since I did not know I was expecting a baby, I ate a few kernels here and there, knowing they were a beneficial supplement. I would say I took between 2 and 6 kernels at a time , but not every day, just when it came to my mind. Let's say 2-3 times a week or so for the first few weeks, and then pretty much forgot about them.

I do not remember feeling sick from taking it, maybe just slightly nauseous, but hard to tell if it was from the bitter tste itself. However I have read that apricot kernels should be avoided when pregnant.

Do you think it could have harmed my baby?

Thanks for help.
