Should I do a water fast or a juice fast?
Hi there
I'm going to be embarking on a long fast next week. My goals for the fast are to clear up my acne/red marks, mild scalp psoriasis, and to eliminate my constant food cravings and take control of my diet
I'm very torn on the subject of
Water Fasting vs. juice fasting. I've done two 5-day juice fasts and they both made me feel a lot better, but I've been reading that
Water Fasting is actually much more beneficial for healing.
What should I do? I'm thinking of doing a combination of both. Maybe do 3 weeks of juice fasting followed by 2 weeks of water fasting, then another week of juice fasting? Or something along those lines.
Would it be better to start with water and then go to juice? Or should I just stick to one?
