Just an Update.. Again it was just my guess but it could be the exact reason of all that too.

As I said, during my 12 day Water Fast this time I had a bit of painful feeling in the area of my heart I would say 7-10 days of my Water Fast esp in the mornings when i woke up (not coz it was paining but coz I felt like waking up that time). Before my fast I could say my heart did not bother me - thank God for it.

So after i finished my fast for couple of days my heart was still paining and one day it was quite intense and I got a bit worried even..

As I said in my previous posts, during all my Water Fasts (7, 10, 10) i had a die off of candida on my skin around day 7-8. It usually appear Totally the same areas (...) and during this fast it appeared on day 8-9 and one of the locations of it was as always the area between my breasts.

So when I had this paining issue and at the same time I saw that die off effect of candida between my breasts, somewhere deep inside I was Sure it could be just the fasting Killed the candida stuff which could be located in my heart itself and that is why that die off red and itchy masses also appeared in the area of my heart. So when it was paining, the location of those red flat masses where quite intence and day by day when they stated being Pale the unpleasant feeling in my heart also started to vanish..

So i am pretty very sure it was just my heart after that die off effect of candida yeast was trying to push out those toxins from itself. Its just my Guess and I asked also Chrisb1 and he also had similar guess. So all Good. :)

Now I am on refeeding stage. Tomorrow is day 6 so finally can introduce some proteins or healthy carbs a bit... Already added healthy fats (avocado) to my raw salads!

DREAMING about Baked potatoes with raw salad and oily spicy mixture (60% virgin oil/40% water plus Sea Salt and spices - cayenne pepper always there!) :P :P :P
