Autoimmune Challenges/ Fatigue / Infections

Hope everyone has been doing well. A long time since posting here.

Autoimmune sufferers face many challenges. Co infections, toxicities, immune damage.

It is hard to recognize what is herx reaction vs what is a detox reaction.
I had one client with heavy metals issue, Epstein Barr issues, and organic toxicity issues. He was very adamant he wanted results fast but really that is unrealistic. We showed him all the detoxes and anti viral, anti infective substances and he decided to follow a comprehensive program against my better judgment. Again we try to please. Never again.

Detox can lead to cellular dumping which then causes migraines, body aches, adrenal stress, thyroid stress.

Die off can cause the exact same things.

Some people are so toxic and their adrenals so damaged that any dumping can cause adrenal crisis.

So, what do you do? Chlorophyll enemas are a good start instead of coffee. Oral chlorophyll can cause dumping so it must all be staged and gradually increased. Activated charcoal is a good start as well and should not be combined with oral chlorophyll upon start up. If there is a detox reaction from the charcoal that is a great bet there are intestinal infections. It is diagnostic.

If you cannot get through the detox phase without heavy dumping, passive detox can be initiated using sauna and water therapy. Flushng your system daily. Mineral replacement is needed but this will purge the body of lighter toxins like Ammonia, pesticides, mold toxins.

This will not cause dumping as long as you do not dehydrate.

Another form of water detox is taking diuretic and drinking a gallon per day, also doing saunas and chlorophyll enemas.

After three days of water purging, you can restart charcoal. Once that is tolerated you can begin to start adding chlorophyll to the water but it must be low dose to start.

Signs of adrena stress are, swelling, palpitations, fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, high blood pressure but not always.

Testing is really based upon individuals previous lab history, symptoms, and insurance.

If you are going to do heavy metals testing, do not get blood test as metals rapidly move from bloodstream into cells and will not show. Collective urine analysis using EDTA is recommended. Hair testing is last alternative.

If the charcoal on its own causes headaches, you should get a comprehensive stool analysis that will test for parasites, gluten allergy, mold, mycoplasma, fermentation rates, floral ratios, and bacterial pathogens. It is possible to have several intestinal infections at same time.

The detox phase, if you cannot get through it, will be next to impossible to to kill the infections without causing severe toxicities.

All autoimmune patients should have viral testing from the start.

Anti infective agents are true silver colloids, garlic oil, ozone or peroxide, Iodine in small amounts.

Those doing baking soda must also take potassium.
Those with chlorine exposures should be on iodine.

Almost all people have elevated aluminum lately, other heavy metals of concern are mercury, lead, uranium, cadmium,
nickel. Your immune system will not repair itself with high metal toxicity.

The overall approach should not be a race as that will discourage the patient when the symptoms are so severe they wonder if you are trying to kill them.

Early disease is easier.

Other therapies for immune system support, once labs have been performed can be... gamma globulin, Macrophage stimulating factor, for those low in vitamin d, interferon. The natural immune stimulants showing effects are whole aloe vera, beta glucan, ascorbates, nutritional support.

I hope this helps you in your battles.
