Interesting Mikey. Wilson's "SO" diet is essentially plant based, as it's 70-80% veggies. That's a pretty good place to start. I prefer animal meats for my meals, and less veggies, as they just don't fill me up at all! I am a bigger guy too, so maybe that's part of it. How is your diet? Are you completely meatless? I have shifted to more veggies recently. The film cites Whole Grains as a good source, but grains are made whole by man mostly, so that's one critique I have. I prefer a mixed Paleo/Wilson Diet. Makes sense to me!
