Re: Possible interview with Dr. Wilson

I didn't mean it to sound like an attack.  Sorry about that.

There is a barely hidden conflict between TEI and ARL/Wilson.  There almost seems to be some spite between the two sides.

It can be confusing to be in the middle. Both sides sound so certain in their views.

An example of this is Larry Wilson has this article regarding how magnesium oil is dangerous.

http://www.drlwilson.com/ARTICLES/MAGNESIUM%20OIL.htm

Yet Rick loves the stuff.  One of them is wrong.

In my opinion, it is Dr Wilson in this case.

There is not much in the article in Dr Wilsons article to support his view.  One Client had a stroke! Not much data there.

Now, since magnesium oil is like an IV straight into the bloodstream, you can get too much of it if you overdo it. ...I did that.  But barring doing anything stupid like that, it seems safe, and much more effective than oral magnesium.

On the flip side, Rick doesn’t like Coffee Enemas because they might reduce minerals.

I have not seen that in my case. I have been doing 4 CE’s per day for the last 3 months, and look at my recent results.

My Magnesium is way up, Sodium is way up, Potassium up, Iron up, Manganese up,  Calcium WAY up because I am dumping it.  I don’t see the reduction in minerals that he is concerned about.

Plus, I believe he commented that CE’s increase detox symptoms.  It is really the opposite.

I could not tolerate any zinc for 1-year since I wasn’t clearing the copper that was being pulled out of storage be the zinc.   The detox symptoms were too much.  My bowel movements were white, my skin was horrible, I didn’t sleep at all.

As soon as I started the CE’s....I could tolerate zinc.  The CE’s help clear the copper that is being pulled out of storage by the zinc.

There is a doctor that used Coffee Enemas recently to triple the life expectancy of cancer patients by using Coffee Enemas

They are very powerful for detoxifying.

From my time on the Facebook group, I really like Rick.  But I think he is wrong on the CE’s.  After years of recommending them, I would think that Larry Wilson would have noticed if they reduced mineral levels.

Pointing out that an individual might be wrong is not an attack.   If I said that Rick is a jerk.....that is an attack.   I think Rick is a wonderful individual.

I am on the ARL program (slightly modified by Pam K), but there many many things on Larry Wilsons site that I think are wrong.

He says that only Roy Masters meditation works and other forms of meditation may do more harm than good.  Sure....some guy named Roy came up with a technique that 4000-yrs of Yogis had not discovered.

He promotes Deep Breathing, but from my time doing Buteyko Breathing, I know that Deep Breathing is essentially training you how to hyperventilate.

Pam K mentions deep breathing in her instructions and mentions that it may make you light headed.  There is a reason......deep breathing is basically hyperventilation that can constrict blood vessels and reduce blood flow to the brain....hence the light headedness.  It should be “slow breathing”....not deep breathing.

So....I feel it is only an attack if it is personal.  Nothing wrong with disagreeing with someone's views.
