It's often best to have at least 3 years between pregnancies. Shorter pauses have increased risks of deficiencies in a baby.
Also read the info fivetoedsloth has posted. "LOTS of fruit & veggies" should NOT be considered optimal and a good thing to do especially during pregnancy. The baby will definitely be malnourished.
