This resonates with me. I'm currently copper dumping and my feet are icy cold! I know copper screws with the thyroid which regulates body temperature, so could be connection. Also, I once read that slightly low body temperature is weak adrenals and very low body temperature is thyroid. I am slightly low but at the moment I must be very cold cause i have two cardigans and three pairs of socks on - tx copper!
