Re: Thyroglossal Duct Cyst

I had a thyroglossal duct cyst the size of a grapefruit in my twenties ... I had it surgically removed with no damage to hyoid bone or thyroid and no radioactive Iodine or scans. I wonder if I or my doctor had been savvy about Iodine if it ever would have cropped up at all ... my guess is probably not. And it might have been treatable with Iodoral and supporting supplements ... with maybe some assist from Armour. I wish you luck with your little one.
