Interesting link. Thanks for posting! It reminds me of what I've been studying about cultured foods lately and how they increase the good gut bacteria which help our body make serotonin. Cultured/fermented foods (veggies, kefir, kombucha) might be a good thing to try for people with mood issues. I love this website: culturedfoodlife.com
