Liver flush question

Hi Folks,

I'm about to do a Liver Flush and I have some questions. I've done about 6 Hulda Clark style flushes, but I'm reading about David Jubb's liver flush.

First, I'd like to add coffee enema's to the mix, as it makes sense to me.

But he has you take the oil/lemon mixture at 2 PM rather than before bedtime, so I'd only be getting 2 doses of Epsom Salts (10 am and 12 noon) before taking the oil.

This seems so much easier because it would mean less time fasting, which is really physically hard for me because of blood sugar. Plus I find it physically easier to fast early in the day rather than in the evening. It wouldn't interfere with sleeping either - I never sleep when doing the oil mixture before bed.

So this timing would definitely be more comfortable for me, but is it as good as Hulda Clark 's timing? Will my bile ducts be open from two doses of Epsom Salts four hours prior to the oil?
