I must stress that I have not been diagnosed with TMAU... well not yet anyway.
I am not sure of the vegies that make TMAU worse. I think it is an individual thing. I know for me broccoli and cabbage are bad news but please do not cut them out from your diet until you test them out a couple of times and make sure that they are not good for your odour.
I have been dealing with this for 6 years and I am certainly NOT CURED yet but I have decreased the frequency of this odour dramatically. I can usually go several months without a problem if I am good and do all I can to minimize the chance of it occurring. When it first started to happen it was about once every month.
Dimples how is your diet? What are you eating?
In regards to testing centres, it depends what country you are in as to if I can help you. I am not from USA but if you are this site may help (probably good to have a look at even if you are not from the USA):

After years of not getting anywhere, I found a fantastic doctor who is willing to do anything to help me with this problem and they referred me to a metabolic specialist.
