Re: 2nd day of paragone and the back of my head where the neck touches is swollen and painful

I had the headache a neck issues on Paragone and it was a pain in the @ss! I'll be honest, I took migraine meds on the days when it got really bad and it did help tremendously. However - I'm sorry to say the neck issue stuck around for weeks. I sincerely hope that will not be the case for you. I'm only giving you my experience.

It did slowly get better as I kept cleansing to keep up with the critters dying. It was always worse if I didn't take the time to do a good solid enema or at least take a cup of strong steeped Smooth Move tea.

Moving them out daily as they were dying off was the best way for me to get any kind of relief despite nausea being a constant companion as my biggest die off symptom.

I sincerely hope your neck feels better soon. Long hot showers helped some also. Just remember the more sick you are the more garbage you are getting rid of. And get that garbage out daily or twice daily if necessary.
