Dont know what to try next

I need help in dignosing,Im feeling like somthing crawling on mainly face and scalp.no bite marks,or red bumps,nothing.treated for haed lice,seemed to help for couple days.I have been on the stage 1, kings diet for 2 weeks,seemed to be working well with no symtoms for a couple days.then they return while on diet. 2 friends also seem to have same symtoms,when I go near them,its like nats,flying around my face.anyone know what this could be? parasite,body lice?
