Perhaps Monsanto or some other brilliant source of "scientists" can develop a vaccine, that when injected creates a hybrid human who's resistant to radiation. Then, "they" can spray radiation all over the place and only those who've received the vaccine will survive, akin to the rest of the "rump-up ready" products in the portfolio.
