ARL and TEI 4 low programs- Complete opposites!

Hi- I have been wanting to post this to show newcomers how opposite the 4 low protocols are. I am posting my son's as he tested 4 lows in both labs recently.

ARL protocol for him- Slow oxidizer

Paramin 3 0 3
Endo-Pan 1 0 1

He became extremely fatigued, depressed and not wanting to do much of anything. He stopped hanging out with friends and was isolating.

TEI protocol- Fast 4 metabolic type
Sym-Pack(metabolic support) 1 0 1
Adrenal Complex(glandular) 1 1 1
Min-Plex B(Mag,chromium,b6) 1 1 1
Copper Plus 1 0 1
Digest-Zyme 1 1 1
Vitamin E 1 1 1

He is now active with a positive outlook and his old self again. He improved as soon as we discontinued the ARL program and all of that zinc and paramin. He has a very high zinc to copper ratio as do I. We need copper. There is no zinc in his present protocol.

I have seen people sit in the 4 lows with ARL for years which made absolutely no sense to me. Something is seriously wrong with this. I don't think his adrenals needed to go to bed as they were already in bed. The high doses of calcium slow the metabolism right down which slows detox and every other bodily function. ARL also explained that it can cause Depression for some. We all went through Depression here with all of that paramin.

Just wanted to post this for those who have been struggling for a long time. Maybe another appoach would work better.
