It's often necessary for the sufferer to shave the head, or the genital area, as the worms tend to find these areas suitable for hiding and propagating. Once the pseudo hair and real hair is removed, place Equimax anthelmintic paste on the scalp and or genitals, where it is quickly absorbed into the area and the bloodstream.
This action forces the worms to move to another area where it may be possible for them to find a way out of the body's cavity and organs. It is also possible that the chasing of them to a new area will not provide a way for them out of the body and they often cannot be killed while still in the inner sanctum of our being.
This dilemma is the most frustrating one that I have to continuously deal with, both as a sufferer and as an instructor to others. The work goes on as this is all a work in progress.
