Don't peel the lips.

About one thing we all are very certain: if there is any cure for EC, it is the leave alone approach. If one wants to be healed, he will have to give up the temptation to peel off the lips for maintaining a normalized look. Although, I do realize now, from the accounts of others, that the leave alone approach might not work for everybody (or maybe they didn't do it wholeheartedly and for a long enough period of time?).
