Painful Swollen Lymph Glands/Nodes

I started by having a rash on my neck in February 2013 and i still have it up to today. In mid March, i developed swollen lymph nodes on my neck and i still have them too (June). They get painful at times when i am at school and also in the evening around 6 or 7 pm. Recently i had 2 bumps like pimples on top of the lymph nodes (both sides of my neck) and they were painful. I have been taking Antibiotics as the doctors think i have a throat infection (which is better now) but i have always had sore throat my whole as i suffer from bad breath most of the time. I am confused and scared about these lymph nodes as it seems like they don't want to go away. At times they reduce in size and then get small. On the back of my neck, my skin looks strange due to the rash and i also have lines and it looks like a skin problem. The rash has developed to my chest and hands and when ever i finish taking a shower, my skin itches. Please advise me on what it is and what i could do. P.S. I went to a government hospital. Tweet
