Starting Master Cleanse Soon

I am starting The Master Cleanse soon. I am prediabetic (the dr says I am at risk for it or close to it, it also runs in my family). I am doing the cleanse because I have ADHD (inattentive, subtype so you would never notice) and I am extremely tired and stressed, work is a nightmare due to memory issues (from sleep issues and ADD), problems with my mood, I can't get to bed early and wake up early no matter what I do (probably due to back trouble, going to go to a masterful chiropractic for this soon), just a general feeling of Depression and malaise, I'm so withdrawn and lonely since I moved away from my the place I lived for all my life for better work and since then I haven't had any energy to go out and socialize.

I've been transitioning from solid foods by eating soups more and more, mainly tomato (I just realized that it has wheat in it, d'oh!). I've been on only soup for the past three days.

Should I be concerned about being prediabetic? Should I do molasses, maple, agave, or pure cane sugar? OK: I found my answer on this here:


Also I have a yeast infection that I got from a woman a few years ago, any tips on getting rid of this? I've seen a protocol on getting rid of yeast growth before, it mentioned sweet potatoes for breakfast.

Also should I do a liver cleanse before, during, or right after the Master-Cleanse Hammer (get it? _Master _Cleanse Hammer those bad toxins)? The information here and on the internet are all over the place on this one.

Also I've had high bilirubin counts on blood tests, I know that this is related to my liver. I was jaundiced when I was born.

Should I drink mint tea for the bad breath and algae for the Body Odor that I might get during the cleanse?

Also I've been taking 5-htp for Depression and mood, should I stop it during the cleanse? Also a more general question, if 5-htp decreases dopamine levels, should I take something to increase it? Perhaps mucuna pruriens or l-tyrosine? I do hope that the cleanse will bring my body close to a more alkaline, balanced health, and successive cleanses even more so. Also I'm going to get a rice "raw cooker", specifically the model that has the optimal "GABA" button on it.

Finally I've had low vitamin d from a lack of sunshine, can I continue to take cod liver oil during the MC?
