hi guys! juicing was great, i did it for 3 days had a lot LOT LOT of energy, had no detox symptoms at least not strong and my bo was very lessened, i believe because my body was focused on repairing and not digesting i really did benefit from it. im going for a 5 day cleanse this time with pressed juicery i encourage you ALL to try juicing. water fasting, i do not reccomend. that is a litle extreme and can actually hurt you while the green juices will nourish you so please do not do that
