fluoroquinolone solution Floxin

Hi,

Does anyone know if the Floxin solution would do the same harm as the pill or IV? I was floxed 16 years ago with Floxin pills & IV and have been pretty sick ever since with various problems. In March of this year I had surgery for a facial nerve decompression, much like a mastoidectomy, and quote: "I am sorry for the oversight", put Floxin soaked gempads in the incision before sewing me up! I had a copy of my operative report otherwise I would have never known as they were prescribing Floxin ear drops for me and I fought them on that! I have been sick ever since with much of the same way I felt 16 years ago but worse. They tried to tell me that the solution form is not the same, but the drug company I spoke to who makes it says, no way, if you are allergic to FQs I shouldn't have been given any form of it. The info was all over my paperwork. Your thoughts????
